Its the ease of it all. No work necessary, instant gratification. But i agree, its dangerous, it can keep a guy out of touch with other ways of meeting women. However, at this time it works for me. I have 3 girls I screw around with regularly. And its nothing more than that. They arent girlfriends and the relationships are not going any further than what they are now. And this is usually on their terms, meaning, when they feel like getting fucked they call up. Usually it works out. The zona is once every couple of months for me. Sometimes, the 6 hour get laid by a couple of chicks and gone, other times, a 3 day romp. I prefer the 3 day trips, checking out massage parlors, other bars, other clubs and gambling. I can tell you this too, I can remember when there were very few gringos in the zona, it wasn't as populated, but in some ways it was better. There may not have been as many chicks, but the ratio was about the same. The girls didnt have the burnem and turnem attitude they have now. Prices were no where near what they are now. But maybe prices are what they are because of exactly what we do here. There didnt seem to be the "favorita" syndrome that it is here these days. Or guys looking for a novia or esposa. Using popular lexicon: "the zona has taken a paradigm shift". You can pick the best of the best out of there and try to bring her to the US. All i could say is i wish her the best of luck. I do know of these kind of relationships and from the outside looking in they seem pretty tough. The girl knows she was a puta and the guy knows it too, and if he chooses, can hold it over her head. Also, the girl seems to overcompensate to maintain a look of normality. If you ask me, its rough. But back to Jimbo's question, its a tough question with a bunch of different answers. Mine is only one.
