Many of them either: 1. Are not interested in studying; 2. Do not believe they are capable of learning a foreign language (yes, in Mexico, English is a foreign language!!!); or 3. Are not interested in catering to gringo clients, and are perfectly happy servicing locals only. Why don't more Americans living in california, texas, etc. learn spanish? Being bilingual means being able to service a greater client base here, too . . .
