Athos, I'm of the Golden Hue myself and have NEVER been asked for my id or where I was born. I try to be proactive though and say, before the border person says anything, "how ya doin'" they can tell right away from my idiotic American attitude where I'm from and all they say (in a bored voice) is "citizenship?" and I reply "Pleides" and they look at the next person in line.
