Thanks for the comments. I think she cares for me - the doormen, taxi drivers, and her friends have told me that. She invited me to her place for christmas but I cant go. The problem is that she is with many guys at her work - and as she told me, sometimes she enjoys her work. She pointed out a guy (a client) she had had a crush on in the past. So forget it. No way Im going to be sitting around until she finds a new love interest. I cannot compartmentalize and i never intended to have this type of relationship with her. All those things I whispered in her ear were lies but now they are becoming the truth. I cant stop thinking about her. Im just going to tough it out until my feelings for her go away.
