On weekdays(M-Th), you can get a room for all night at HC for $22. As far as the chick is concerned - EVERYTHING is negotiable. Just work it out with them ahead of time, so there won't be any confusion later. As far as a "flat rate", that is pretty open-ended, and hard to pin down, wouldn't you agree? You will be better off negotiating for 2 hours, or for an all-nighter(for many chicks that would end up being about the same price). Try to talk them into $100-120 for 2 hours, or $140-160 for all night. BTW, it is easier to get an all-nighter once the chick has already made some money off other dudes, or if it is getting late in the night. Also, be aware that some chicks will try to ditch you on an all-nighter, once you've come once(they want to go back to the bar and make more money), so maybe it IS just best to negotiate for the "2 hour special" ahead of time.
