Actually it's a fmaily business and brothers own Adelita Bar and Chicago club. Note the Red Dodge truck parked out in front. The actual owners son now runs the place, younger then you would expect. He can often be seen entering the club with a couple friends, Im sure I can get his name as it's Mexican and not common so it slips my mind. Just watch those two cars that are parked inthe reserved spaces out front to get a clue.
