"When in Rome, do as the Romans' do" How true this saying is. Next time your in the Zona in the afternoon stop and take a look at what you find in the "alley".......wall to wall street girls openly soliciting men for sex, while families with little children are constantly walking by. As these children grow up they see this as "accepted behavior" and look upon it as simply a source of income. To them it's just a job. WAY different in the USA where the sex trade exists but is kept "underground" so to speak. A "chica" from Juarez who works in a Hostess Club in LA told me her mom basicaly "sold" her to an American in a Jaurez bar who was looking for a Latina wife. She was 17 years old and figured it was her chance to get into the USA legally. Now she is 30, single, has 3 kids, and works as a "hostess" and makes $700 a week(tax-free). She hates the job but her only other option would be a minimum wage job that would not let her support her kids. Talking with her it's AMAZING how she can separate her "job" from her personal life! Many of these girls really do love their husbands or boyfriends and don't see what they do for a living as "cheating" on them. They will sleep with "customers" for money and thats ok, but if they agreed to meet someone outside the club for a "non-sexual date" it would be wrong and they would consider that being "unfaithfull" to their loved-one. It surely has to do with the enviroment you grow up in......look at the guys who drop off their wives or girlfriends at these clubs for work. A kiss on the cheek, a "have a good day at work" send-off, and off they go while their wife or girlfriend spends the next 8 hours f*#king and s*#king COMPLETE STRANGERS!!! Then it's back home after work......just another day at the office!! Amazing, eh? BillyPV
