You could pick one of the ones famous for getting them off then getting them out like perhaps Sylvia at AB and put her to the task.She might see you as a challenge after a little while and Maybe her talents would be able to get you off a little sooner and the view would definitely be nice while she was trying.You could always try to offer $20 or $30 more if they will just stay till you get a nut if they get serious about leaving you high and dry.Definitely try to score your own room so the knock will not be a problem.
