sorry dude,I don't know if there's a zona per se,I don't think so.I was staying a so-so hotel,I was actually working as a travel agency manager, and the owner sent me on a trip to Caracas to check it out as a possible destination to send our clients. My report was a little sketchy(LOL),I mostly quoted from a travel book I picked up at the airport.Only went to Caracas,there are travel books(Birnbaum's?) that you can check out at a bookstore,some of them have paragraphs on Red Light districts,etc. Sorry, I can't be more help, maybe YOU can be the brave new pioneer for South American mongers! |
