BillyPV, If you are looking for that activity with a street girl just stand in front of the Hotel Najera and look for Rosa Maria. Rosa Maria and her amiga Marta will accomodate that request. If Rosa Maria is not around one of the girls will get her from her nearby apartment. Rosa and Marta will work this as a twosome - also Rosa can find some other girls that will do this.
