I have experimented with the V recently and found that 25 mg was more than enough. Even at that low a dosage, I had a mild headache the next day. The results were pretty amazing combined with Horny Goat Weed and Wild Oates--the effects stayed with me for hours and even were there when I woke up. I would never have considered taking 50 mgs of the V to start. If you had that strong a reaction from 100 mgs, try 25 mgs. I think 100 mgs would have had me in a dark room with a pillow over my head!
