Billypv: You are correct...50mg is OK to start, and just recently I have been taking another 50mg as a kicker after about 2 hrs or so...this keeps me flagged for the evening... Fortunately,I have had no headaches or upset stomachs...only the sensation of blood rushing to my head...were you getting headaches or are you taking the aspirin as a precaution? YoungBrig
