A young ensign wound up assigned to an island post out in the middle of nowhere. No natives. After a few weeks he asked a sargeant what they did for a little action. The sargeant explained that on Saturday night they requistioned a small launch and went over to one of the neighboring islands where there was a herd of wild sheep. The ensign grimaced when the Sarge asked him if he wanted to join them Saturday night. No way. However, after a few more weeks the ensign asked the Sarge again. "Is this a joke or do you guys really do it with sheep?" The Sarge smiled and again invited the ensign to join them this coming Saturday. The ensign remained sceptical but agreed to give it a try. Saturday night they requistioned a launch, got the guys together with the ensign and headed toward the island. As they approached the ensign could see the sheep. They landed. He jumped out grabbed one of the sheep and started to go to town when he heard everyone laughing. He turned around and all the guys were pointing at him and laughing. He thought "Oh shit. The joke's on me." and yelled at them, "What are you laughing at?" The sarge shook his head and muttered, "First guy off the boat and you grabbed the uglist sheep on the island".
