Mi Amigos, Just got back home in LA from running "practice laps" at the "Super Speedway in TJ".It was a long day and I'll post more later, but for now........ TRACK WARNING!!!!!!! After completing some pretty fast tire-tests(2 SG's & 2 girls from AB's)I pulled off the track and into the pits. Now up until this time my engine/chassis combination was balanced perfectly and I never even saw anyone in my rear-view mirror. Then I discovered I missed my pit location and pulled into someone else's....the legendary "ROSA MARIA"!!! My tires started popping, my engine overheated, my transmission blew up, I spun, hit the high banked wall and crashed and burned!!!! Fair warning to my fellow "drivers"......this was my first time with RosaMaria. They should put a label on her that says "Don't DO and DRIVE". She is really a sweetheart, but I would definately skip her in the pits on race day, because when she's done with you, YOU are DONE for the day! You guys know me, so believe what I'm about to tell you.....When she was done with me I automatically forfieted the race, took a cab to the border, got my car and started back to LA. It must have been "post-race syndrome" that caused me to not think of anything but RosaMaria, and as I headed northbound on the 5 FWY just past the San Onofre Nuke Plant,in the middle of nowhere, I RUN OUT OF F%#KING GAS !!!! After sitting in the dark for over an hour watching a million cars zoom by me, a tow truck stopped and gave me enough gas to limp to a station. Once again, if you pull into pit-lane and see "ROSA MARIA".....FLOOR IT and keep going. If not, you are DONE for the day!!! :) BillyPV
