The source of the "rumors" in my case and two other guys is the cops when they came over and threw us up against the wall. That is considered a high drug area and Hotel Najera is considered a high drug hotel. Even w/o the cops "rumors" it's not that hard to see. Proximity to that cop station doesn't mean anything.
