A long time ago, in a land not so far away, a knave took a picture of a certain fair maiden who worked nights at the Chicago Club. She became known as the "Lady in White", due to her propensity to wear white hot pants and a matching bikini top.

Somehow, as is wont to happen in this electronic world of ours, that picture ended up on his web site, and eventually was copied to several other sites as well. All that was said about the Lady in White was good, and peace prevailed all over the land. The dragons rested.

Then one day a knight in shining armor decided to impress this particular maiden, or maybe his armor was to tight and restricted the blood flow to his brain, or directed it to other areas of his body. And so he sallied forth with a print out of said picture in hand, and woe he woke the sleeping dragon.

And bad things befell all who knew the Lady in White. Her wrath was unstoppable. Her worry was immense. So she rallied her own fair Sires, who rode forth to do her bidding. And her pictures were removed. One web site was shut down. And once again, peace was upon the land. And the dragon slept. I suspect that knave still sleeps in fear of his mortal soul.

But forevermore, the fair maiden refused to have anything to do with the Internet, and cut all ties to those subjects that posted about her deeds, no matter how loyal, and no matter how magical their posts.

As time passed, said fair maiden moved from the Chicago Club across the moat to Adelitas. And she changed her colors from white to orange. But her hatred of the Internet, and those who post about the fair maidens never lessened.

Let sleeping dragons be.
