For safety's sake, make sure you follow Redongdo's directions. Don't take 1st Street over. Also, watch out for guys standing around the ATM's, especially at night. I don't mean to sound too alarmist - I use these ATM's all the time and never have a problem, except for the fact that they are usually out of service on Saturday nights. FYI, the closest machine I know of to the zona which gives dollars as well as pesos is in the Mexicoach station on Revo betwwen 6th and 7th, but it has been out of dollars almost every time I have tried it. The station also closes pretty early - around 8:00 or 9:00 PM.
