Either outside the xxx movie theatre on about fifth and either Constitution or the next block in. Not sure of the exact location. I have only walked by it more than half a dozen times but did not pay attention. It is ok to bring them across the boarder. Also, there are vendors selling them as you drive across the boarder now. I do not know if the ones they have are any good but I have noticed them trying to sell them along with the novella magazines. Also there are a number of comic book stands on first just past constitution.
