AG,
In what form is the yohimbe that you are using? I first heard about the stuff back in the early-to-mid 1980's when Stanford did a study on it, using rats naturally. Turns out that the male rats were more aroused than usual, and mounted the female rats with greater frequency.("Spread'em again, Minnie! I just can't get enough of yo' love!")

At the time yohimbe was merely described as a derivitive of some kind of African tree bark. I found an herbalist in Seattle who'd sell the actual bark and then one could make a "tea" out of it...but of course dosage would not be accurate using this technique of administration.
About a dozen years ago I bought a bottle of pharmaceutical grade yohimbe at a farmacia in TJ...I tried it for a while, but found that it really didn't enhance my experience per se (certainly not like two or more women at once does...). I've since seen yohimbe available in health food stores...but in a more "herbalistic" form rather than a pharmaceutical product (There are various pharmaceutical grade reductions commercially available such as Actibine (Consolidated Midland), Aphrodyne (Star), Yocan (Palisades Pharmaceuticals) and Yohimex Tablets (Kramer), (Source: PDR), however I've found none of these available in MX. I did manage to find a generic yohimbe hydrochloride( and still have it ,12 years later - I'm lookin' at the bottle right now...it's still full, and the expiration date is Nov 92). The product was manufactured by Amide Pharmaceutical out of Little Falls, NJ and marketed under the "Major" brand name out of Chicago (distributor). It was bought at one of the big farmacias on Rev. The price in pesos was $870...or about 9 bucks USD today...( this was bought pre-peso collapse of '94, obviously...)

Your description of various side effects of Yohimbe use, echos those contraindicative warnings found in the PDR - which is interesting because you have been using an herbal product. Some of these symptoms and reactions appear to be quite similar to some of the reactions associated with the use of Viagra. Nonetheless, the price of pharmaceutical grade yohimbe is much less, per milligram, than Viagra. My generic yohimbe hydrochloride was 100/4.5 milligram tablets for the $9.oo USD price...
If it's effective...that's quite a deal for a "Viagra-like" effect...

Maybe it's time for a little experimentation - Hmmmmm....I wonder if these tablets still pack any potency...lets' see...I'll pop one or two...have a swig of Pacifico...

Now if I can just find an "instant puta" in this town...
