Your Blood Alcohol Level is based on how much alcohol you drink, over how much time, and your weight. I bigger guy can drink the same number of drinks as a smaller guy, and the bigger guy will have a lower blood alcohol level. For a 200 lb guy, it takes about 4 beers to hit .08, which I think is the legal limit in CA. But rather than trying to work out the math, just get a cheap motel near a trolley station and take the trolley to the border. Then you don't have to worry about it. Or do what I do, drink mineral water and enjoy the chicas more. Alcohol diminishes the sexual experience anyway. As I understand, if you refuse to take the breath test, the cops can arrest you for suspicion of DUI, based on their judgment. Why risk it.
