Don't listen to Diego, you did very well on your first trip. Treat the ladies with respect and tip a reasonable amount. I also would not walk to and from the border in the dark. Relying on the rateros being passed out at 4.30 am is pretty risky. Rateros are cocaine/alcohol addicted and no one should axpect anything less than insanity from them. As everybody you will adjust the money you spend over time: one should not pay more than $5 for the cabbies and not tip them. The locals never tip the cabbies and even the $5 is high given the short ride. Giving the chicas $50 is reasonable, although most AB chicas should go for $40 without much negatiations. You can still give her a tip later. You were very lucky to find 3 good providers on your first trip. Not all the girls are like that and spending $60 for a bad fuck hurts just too much. |
