Seems like a rationalization at the least if not actually advocating drunk driving to me! I agree that this is not a venue for crusades and I will agree to make this my last post on the subject. I also however, don't feel it's a venue to suggest ways to "beat" a DUI charge. I don't feel wolverines question was intended as such, but some of the responses moved it in that direction. I'll agree with Diego and suggest a Breathalyzer combined with the idea that you do not get behind the wheel over a .08! If you choose to do otherwise, you deserve the sentence! |
