Sounds similar, except for the hair. This one has recently returned from a 1 year hiatus. She has chopped her light brown hair, and sometimes now wears a platinum-blond wig. This one is also fairly agressive - smallish tits, nice legs, white-skinned, two kids, from Mexico City. I would say she is about 30. She has aged a lot in the last year.
