The last time I went with a girl from Sans Souci (about 2 1/2 years ago) she cautioned me to not act as if we were together on the way to the hotel. After we left the hotel, she seemed very concerned about the presence of police outside of Bambi (it turned out to be a fight, not a puta bust). It was a great session, though, and she was most certainly a natural woman! IMO, it is nothing to be overly concerned about, I would just keep it low key in the streets.
