I've heard Honduras is good and incredibly cheap. One place in particular interests me because I'm also a scuba diver. There are some islands off the Honduran east coast that are very popular with the yachties that I've heard several stories about. All second hand info and from what I've been able to gather reading message boards, the TJ zone is top shelf.
