It took forever, but my copy of this tape finally arrived, so here is the review I said I would post. Copyright date: 1998 This is a sensationalist quasi-documentary with a mixture of accurate info and BS. A "journalist" goes to Tijuana with apparently little prior knowledge of the town, and investigates the sex action. (I am pretty sure I have seen this guy around TJ in the last year.) He starts at the Revo strip clubs and then goes to the Zona Roja. Most of the coverage is of the smaller bars, probably because they were the only ones that would allow his camcorder inside. He does have some black and white hidden camera footage from inside AB and CC (which the idiot called "The Chicago Bar", not "Club") , as well as filming a few girls and couples going up the stairs at the CC hotel. He also talks to several street girls. For some reason, he seems to concentrate on the less attractive chicas, even at AB and CC, where they did not know he had a camera. I did not see any girls I knew by name, although I did recognize a couple of street girls. Those of you who have been going to TJ longer than I may be able to spot a lot more people you know. There was a shot of Tardo (sp?), the manager at CC, as well as a few minutes spent with Texas Mike. If this really was filmed in 1998, that man has really aged a lot in a short time. Over all, a pretty lousy movie, but cool because of the familiarity of the locations. I would never pay $60 for it, but the previously viewed copy I bought was worth the $8 for its novelty value.
