The problem with your logic is that prostitution is NOT tolerated in the U.S. out side of Nevada. I am sure the intent of that statement in the FAQ is to avoid discussions about mongering in the U.S. cities. The most important point is that TJHombre put this rule in the FAQ of HIS site and everyone who uses this site should respect HIS rules!!
