Hey, I'll confess I'm a big fan of "the big show" at NY Club after I've packed away a few Pacificos (don't try this one sober). Had the opportunity last night and found the club closed. "The big show" was up and going at Manhattan next door, but I'm wondering if anybody has any information about why the club is closed and when/if it is reopening? A cabbie told me he thought it would reopen in a couple of months but didn't seem in any way certain of that. It actually makes total business sense to consolidate NY and Manhattan clubs. But business sense usually isn't a consideration in how these things go.
