YB- I can remember in PR,a bunch of us sweaty construction "studs" sitting around my buddy's house drinking beer,tokin' up,and watching Jose Luis Rodriguez ("El Puma")and Marilyn Pupo in the novela "el Idolo". It got to the point where I was cutting night school classes and missing business appointments just to watch the stupid show! I haven't gotten into any of the Mexican novelas,but now that you've mentioned them,I'll be on the lookout.You're right,the mujers are hot as hell,and it is another slice of life.Do you know if they've started showing the one filmed in the Zona? i think I'd definately watch that,just to see if I recognize anybody! a. |
