You are correct the chicas do not want to venture out of their protection area with someone they do not know very well. With street girls I have know for a few sessions I have been able to take them to my hotel room for overnights. I have been able to get a street girl to go outside the zona for a few drinks, but I have never been able to get one to go to dinner with me. I don't think that means they have pimps, I think it is more they do not feel comfortable outside their turf and they do not feel comfortable sitting at a table talking to a gringo they have nothing in common with. Even in the overnights I have never been able to gain the complete confidence of a street girl outside of the zona.
