Ok if I paid $40 dollars, I'm actually paying $397.20 pesos, which is less than $400. 9.93p x 40 = $397.2 pesos $400 - $397.2 = $2.80 pesos (you'll save that much in pesos paying in dollars), which equals $.281973816717 or about a quarter of a dollar.
