Yep, sounds like the same one. Complexion not t great? I have not spoken to her enough to know if she ever lived in the U.S., but she does speak some English. I just remembered that she tends to look at the gound a lot when talking to you, as if she is shy. More likely, unfortunately, is that she has been abused and learned the hard way that it is safer not to look a pissed off, drunk, father/brother/husband in the eyes. I'm usually only down on the weekends, so it is possible she does not work during the week. She may mostly work Saturdays, but I know I saw her this past Sunday.
