I think it's a new bar. I saw balloons, something to the effect of a grand opening, lots of colorful banners, etc. Heck, I don't know east from west, I think it's the west side of the alley but...leave AB, go right, right on Const., right into the alley. As you move through the alley you will see it on the opposite side of Ninos Heroes, facing directly into the alley. You can't miss it. It seemed to say something to the effect of having dancing girls, but I can't remember the exact words. It looked a tad spooky and may be more of a locals spot.
