IMO, haggling is a 'vibe' thing. If a chica is throwing a good vibe, you'll pay her price. If a chica isn't throwing a good vibe, you'll be hesitant. I couldn't respond to your earlier post about a daytime older chica since the holidays. Rarely, I have been in the Zona during the day but there are a few during the early night shift.
