If you need some sound, try any Caliente, one by Jai Alai, one on Rev, 3 by Pueblo Amigo (best place within walking from border and free shuttle available), even one outdoor by taxi stand. No sound required, you can always watch game in any bar in ZN, AB/CC unless they'd rather watch some mexican soocer league match. I do not know about regular hotels or restaurants.
