Billy, You've clearly found one of the keys to working with las chicas. By thinking the way you do, the impression that you 'understand' her situation and her needs as well as your own. (she needs $$$, you need the 'adventure') This instantly places you in a FAR more commanding position as compared to 90% of the other hombres she deals with each day. It sets you as a caballero in her mind. As I have often said, I don't always bring up price in the bar. Often times, we'll have a drink, chat and enjoy time together in the bar. If the feeling is right, one of us will ask about going upstairs. If she does not bring up price, neither will I. In my mind, the lack of price negotiation on her part does two things. First, it demonstrates potential 'trust' that you'll treat her well, and not try to rip her off. Yes, there are a million other reasons that can be contributing to the lack of price discussion, but this one is a key. If she doesn't trust you, she sure as hell is going to make sure she gets her price. The grandest exception to this 'trust' may come from a 'rookie' chica, who may still be in that 'gray' emotional space where client/novio differentiation is blurred. (that never lasts long for working chicas) Second, if she isn't discussion price before hand, she is empowering you to set the price. It's not like she can prove that she quoted you price x once the session is over. (true, she can claim that she quoted you a price, but unless you're low balling her payment, she's not likely to press the issue) Yes, this is a situation where a client can rip off a chica, but that is a REALLY BAD idea. (the repercussions will be long lasting and potentially dangerous) If the session is just okay, I might pay $10 under the 'going rate'. If it's good, I'll pay the $50 standard fare. And, if there's exceptional service, I'll tip above the 'standard' rate. But, I'm able to do this because una chica has given up the control of price to me. Karina (day AB) and Suasana (nite AB) are two of the best practitioners of the 'open deal'. Both will tend to leave the door open on price, IF they feel they can trust you, or you've otherwise built up some sort of 'connection'. Both of these chicas are superior in the service arena. (IMHO) So, they can be confident in the 'value' of their performance. As a result of this 'business decision' both of these chicas have built up pretty good followings, and both of them do quite well. (I might point out that both of these chicas also have a better education than your 'average' working chica.) The point here is that if there is trust built up between client and chica, price negotiations will have a tendency to 'cool' the session. If the 'trust does not exist, then it's more of an open ball game. Billy's brought up another key consideration, here. Just one more thing to place in your mental 'bag of ammo'.
