Great analogy, amigo, and thank you for the compliment. I honestly don't think that this particular situation could have evolved this way if I were not able to speak spanish. It was definitely a situation where we "clicked", and were actually having an interesting conversation, starting in the bar, and continuing through the session. Also, it seems that gringos who speak spanish, love mexico, and love mexicanas have a special place in the hearts of at least some of the chicas!! (And as for the ones that don't, well, that is what the qualifying drink is for - something I skipped out of cheapness in my younger days, but wouldn't even consider skipping now.) Looking back, I think that what made the difference was the fact that I was willing to pay her enough money to really brighten up her day, and the fact that I was really enjoying _her_, and not just looking to get a quick nut. Now, I am not some sappy romantic fool (at least I don't think I am!), but I do believe that under the right circumstances, women will respond to this. I made no secret of the fact that I had already been there for a while, and had turned down other girls, because they were too business like, and I was there today to really enjoy some hot, playful quality time with a beautiful, sexy woman who really turned me on - and that was why I had to have her for an hour, because I couldn't possibly get enough of her in 30 minutes. So, to get back to your question, since all of the above took place in spanish, I think that speaking spanish added a whole new dimension that couldn't have existed if our conversation were limited to "como te llamas" and "cuanto?".
