In all three cases the muggers were in their late 20's. One victim was a mexican man on the west side of Constitution half way down between the alley and 1st street. The other two muggings occured were just east of Constitution on the North side of 1st street.

The mexican man was older and appeared a little drunk. One american was probably in is late 50's early 60's and I wound up giving him $5 to get back to the border. The other american man was mid 30's and appeared athletic. All three got jumped from behind.

The attack was the same one guy put a choke hold on the victim - then as soon as the victim dropped the other two guys got the wallet and all three ran away in different direction. All three victims were in the sidewalk and one occured in the afternoon.

The attacks were very quick and they did not use a knife. I have not seen an attack in over a year and a half; however, my feeling is they are increasing rather than decreasing.
