This is not always true. Tropical, varies more than any other club I know - not only from day to day, but from hour to hour. It was really bad over the holidays, but looked much better this weekend. The only constant is that it is generally dead before 3:00 PM, but again, not always. A few weeks ago I went in about 1:30 and was amazed to find at least six girls in the place who I rated a 7 or higher, and only five or six customers. I did not stay, because I was looking for a friend. When I found him and we returned a couple of hours later, the place was dead. We hung around for half an hour, then left.
