The financing of this board is not working out as was originally intended. As it is now, I alone am paying for something I don't use much personally, yet put time into maintaining (which could be put into contracting work). This is becoming more important as my employer is on shakier ground this year. I am asking for suggestions on making this board self-financing. It costs $25/mo for the website alone, not counting money I have already spent thus far and assuming I'm willing to continue volunteer work for this. I have no intentions of making this a banner site with windows that pop up windows that pop up windows. The biggest difficulty may be that of anonymity, of which I am extremely protective. I've had generous offers of assistance, but I am not open to providing my home address so people can send donations. Any suggestions? Unless we can figure something out, I will need to consider shutting this down within the next couple months.
