I once was privy to a conversation in a TJ suburb, between 2 Mexican women (not working chicas, but married moms) talking about "La Coahuila". One mentioned something about getting a $1 a dance, and maybe it wouldn't be a bad job (this one was having marriage problems, as the hubby often disappeared with another woman). I, of course, said nothing.
