Hey I caught this flick on Cinemax the other day, it was the story of the The San Patricios or the San Patricio Battalion which you may remember from the online discussion last year were the Irish soldiers who defected over to the Mexicans side during the Mex-American war. Great flick, seemed historically accurate (remembering posts from folks like Traveler), entertaining...well told and all that stuff. It was made in 1999 and I believe Tom Berenger played John Riley, the leader of the battalion. I sez....check it out!
