Yes, it is "no me gustan niñas", not "no me gusta niñas", since "niñas" is plural. The reason it seems backwards is that, in the literal translation, you are saying "little girls do not give me pleasure". Similarly, if you like someone a lot, you would say, "me gustas mucho" instead of "Yo te gusto".
