No,it's not and if they do it on your first session, it's because they do it with everyone. If you develop a relationship with the same chica after multiple sessions, you should be able to get it eventually with some, IF they really like you or value you as a client. Of course you can ask, and negotiate it, but I'd rather work up to it so it's something I know no one else is getting.
