Una amiga especial told me with a twinkle in her eye that if I was good she had "un surpriso" for me. Her mentor, the legendary "Laura" de Mexico City, was going to be in town. I've never been to Mexico City and have no idea who this "Laura" is or why she's such a legend. My amiga especial just laughed and said it would be a night I would never forget.
