Superstardom is a double edged sword. While it can create a boomtown bonanza for the girl, it also creates an inordinate amount of expectation. Inevitably there will be posts consisting of "she was nice, but I don't see what the big deal was" or even worse "She was a total bitch". We expect them to hit a home run everytime and when they don't we think less of them. That probably says more about us than it does about them.
