Naw, I'm not posting to scare people. More to make people aware of the facts. I was to trying to make the point that everyone should be prepared to have their real name associated with what they write and therefore should be careful and hopefully write accordingly. It can happen, and is happening more and more. All it takes is a charge of defamation or slander or something else like "moral turpitude" (prohibited in most executive employment contracts), a lawyer, some court filings and bingo, you're busted. I can't help it if the facts are scary, one shouldn't ignore them.
