Xenono, last week even though I found the "dance" prices higher, the low volume of gringos led to all door charges being waived (perhaps that's normal, I don't know), I found the chicas more flexible in negotiations, and they were doing 2 for 1 dances on FRIDAY. Saturday night, the hottest chica in Rio did it all for $35 (con gusto!). BTW, GringoGrande had previously located a bar a couple of blocks south of Rio that was a combination of a TJ "small" bar and variedad. Don't remember the Spanish name but it started with an E and has a large hanging sign picturing an owl. We found about 12 apparent hookers in there with about 4 of them selectable. They want you to buy them lots of Tequila shots, but we did cut a deal with one petite cute blonde to go to a hotel for $50 plus $30 for the room....not a bad deal relative to what it costs for quality and comfort and enough time to get the job done right in Nogales. She even offered her phone number and said she'd invite us to her home the next time around. The deal breaker was that she wouldn't leave the bar immediately and wanted to swig down more Tequila - and it was late. As I said, the place is also a variedad...singers, live band, and strippers too. GringoGrande said there was even a wider variety of entertainment on his earlier visit. We were the ONLY gringos in the place, and we were treated as celebrities. Any of you other Nogales guys checked this place out?
