I notice more these days about how merceniary the AB 1/2 hour (read that 20 minute knock) thing is. If you find it thrilling to spew fast and leave, great! I have had better times on Revo out of Isis, Bambi , Unicornio and Sans Souci; often on Saturday afternoons; and was never rushed like I am at AB. And I think I finish relatively fast. Not to slam AB, but it is a real mill on Sat. nights. You're Next!!!! And they don't even shower between sessions (or I work up my own sweat, but don't make them sweat - easy for them when they just lay there).
