Miami, AB, CC, & Tropical were still open Saturday at 4:30 a.m. when I left. Pollo shut down at 2:30 a.m. One of the waiters at Pollo told me they have to pay $1,000,000 to stay open "extra hours," which is anything past three ... if that's true, it looks like that will hurt the smaller bars most of all.
